About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute global account strategies aligned with SGS business objectives
- Serve as the primary client contact, coordinating communication and service delivery across SGS business lines
- Drive revenue growth by expanding relationships with key decision-makers
- Manage global agreements, contracts, and commercial relationships
- Monitor account performance against KPIs, service level agreements, and financial targets
- Lead regular business reviews and performance reviews
- Ensure timely delivery of reports, invoices, and communications
- Resolve service delivery issues and manage claims
- Track market trends, regulatory developments, and competitor activity
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Analytical Sciences, Engineering, or Business
- Minimum 5 years of experience in account management or customer services
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the TIC industry
- Experience working in international or multi-cultural environments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Experience using Salesforce for pipeline management and forecasting
- Advanced English language skills
- Ability to travel 30-50% of the time
