Senior Sales Executive

Responsibilities

• Manage P&L, commercial negotiations, and sales strategies for key regional retail accounts to increase market share.
• Identify key opportunities and develop long-term sales strategies and action plans based on Business Plan and Joint Business Plan results.
• Create and structure commercial agreements with major retail accounts following national negotiation guidelines.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with large retail chains.
• Monitor competitor activity and field team performance to propose strategic action plans.
• Analyze performance indicators including sales volume, market share, price relativity, and SKU synergy using various control tools and dashboards.
• Manage budgets and negotiate quarterly and annual contracts through KPI monitoring.
• Ensure execution excellence in regional retail environments in alignment with national direction.

Requirements

• Higher education degree completed.
• Solid commercial experience managing Key Accounts.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Intermediate English skills (Advanced English is a plus).
• Valid Category B driver's license.
• Analytical profile with the ability to extract, analyze, and work with data.
• Strong communication, leadership, and proactive mindset.
• Availability for travel (40-50%).
