About the role

Responsibilities

  • Onboard clients to PropHero and explain the investment methodology and process
  • Communicate regularly with clients via chat, email, and phone/video calls
  • Resolve client queries promptly and maintain high energy in service delivery
  • Conduct portfolio analysis to understand client lifecycles and determine next steps
  • Manage a portfolio of investors to encourage repeat property investments
  • Study the property market and use PropHero methodology to present opportunities
  • Collaborate with the supply team to refine property searches based on client needs
  • Educate and upskill clients by sharing market research and property facts
  • Refine and document client success methodologies and training materials

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a client-facing or client service role
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality client outcomes
  • Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Growth mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
  • High level of organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work autonomously and adapt to a changing ecosystem
  • Advanced English fluency for global internal communications
