About the role
Responsibilities
- Onboard clients to PropHero and explain the investment methodology and process
- Communicate regularly with clients via chat, email, and phone/video calls
- Resolve client queries promptly and maintain high energy in service delivery
- Conduct portfolio analysis to understand client lifecycles and determine next steps
- Manage a portfolio of investors to encourage repeat property investments
- Study the property market and use PropHero methodology to present opportunities
- Collaborate with the supply team to refine property searches based on client needs
- Educate and upskill clients by sharing market research and property facts
- Refine and document client success methodologies and training materials
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a client-facing or client service role
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality client outcomes
- Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Growth mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
- High level of organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously and adapt to a changing ecosystem
- Advanced English fluency for global internal communications
