About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead complex sales engagements for ULTRUS™ Product Stewardship software to drive growth and regulatory compliance.
  • Develop multi-year software account plans by providing subject matter expertise in material selection, compliance management, and sustainability.
  • Deliver product demonstrations and advise customers on integrating software into existing product development and compliance workflows.
  • Build trusted advisor relationships with key stakeholders, including product stewards, regulatory, EHS, R&D, and compliance leaders.
  • Partner with account managers and solution architects to identify opportunities, gather requirements, and support complex sales cycles.
  • Maintain ongoing customer relationships post-sale to support renewals, increased adoption, and long-term account growth.
  • Contribute to product strategy by sharing customer needs, regulatory pain points, and industry trends with product managers.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of related software sales experience.
  • Bachelor's or graduate degree in software engineering or a related field.
  • Deep knowledge of specialty products or services within a software portfolio.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of complex sales processes.
