Responsibilities
- Focus on mid to large enterprise companies headquartered in France
- Proactively self-generate pipeline through outbound prospecting, cold calls, and strategic outreach
- Own the entire sales process from first touchpoint to closing the deal
- Present product demos and negotiate with C-level stakeholders in finance, procurement, and IT
- Represent Perk at industry trade shows and networking events across France
- Travel regularly within France to meet prospects and clients in person
- Monitor and report on sales performance analytics and forecasts
- Leverage AI tools to optimize account research, outreach, and pipeline management
Requirements
- Demonstrable track record in B2B sales, ideally in tech or SaaS
- Proven ability to self-source and close enterprise accounts independently
- Exceptional discipline, rigour, and resilience in high-activity outbound environments
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
- Excellent communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
- Experience with CRM tools and sales automation platforms
- Proficiency in using AI tools to optimize daily tasks
- Fluency in French (implied by market focus)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in consultative selling for digital transformation
- Analytical mindset and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
