About the role
Responsibilities
- Implement commercial strategies to position and introduce medication dispensing automation products within the assigned territory.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from opportunity identification in CRM to closing sales for both direct key accounts and indirect channels.
- Develop and manage relationships with distributors to expand market reach.
- Execute technical-scientific product promotions and provide advisory services to hospitals and key accounts.
- Achieve and exceed fiscal sales targets by developing new business and maintaining existing client portfolios.
- Conduct business analysis to evaluate feasibility, profitability, and market penetration.
- Manage accounts receivable and collection processes in accordance with company policies.
Requirements
- University degree in Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Biomedical Engineering, Robotics, Electronics, or Industrial Engineering.
- 5-7 years of commercial experience, ideally within the medical device industry.
- Proven experience in capital equipment sales.
- Experience managing indirect sales through distributors.
- Intermediate conversational English skills.
- Proficiency in Salesforce CRM.
- Availability to travel within Colombia, Peru, Ecuador, and Venezuela.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience specifically in medication dispensing automation or automated storage equipment (e.g., robotic arms).
- Established relationships with major clinical institutions.
