Senior Sales Executive

Responsibilities

• Manage strategic accounts in the Food Channel, focusing on negotiation, joint planning, and driving Sell In and Sell Out results
• Conduct frequent client visits to ensure efficient order and stock management
• Execute company strategy and monitor business tools such as Power BI and internal systems
• Lead and influence internal stakeholders (Supply, Trade, Finance, Planning) and client stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment
• Build and monitor Joint Business Plans (JBP) using KPIs like Sell In, Sell Out, DOH, Margin, and Distribution
• Plan and negotiate monthly promotional calendars in alignment with Trade Marketing
• Manage current accounts, monthly investments, rebates, and commercial negotiations
• Analyze competitive scenarios and market opportunities to align brand and company strategy
• Monitor 360º supply chain and client stock levels from invoicing to delivery
• Conduct executive presentations and business reviews

Requirements

• Degree in Administration, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, or related fields
• Solid experience in Key Account Management within the Food Channel or FMCG industry
• Analytical, strategic, and results-oriented profile
• Proficiency with market audit tools such as Nielsen, Neogrid, or Scanntech
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills
• Intermediate English level
• Availability to travel
