Responsibilities

• Drive the growth of Flexport Australia
• Identify and pursue high-potential clients
• Consult with new clients to understand supply chain needs and pain points
• Create value-driven solutions and showcase capabilities through virtual and in-person meetings
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals
• Own and over-achieve personal sales targets
• Lead customer onboarding by coordinating with internal resources
• Represent Flexport’s value proposition and identify growth opportunities
• Create feedback loops with stakeholders to align operations with client needs

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in a full cycle, quota-carrying sales role
• Experience in business development within the freight forwarding or logistics domain
• Proficiency in cold-calling, discovery calls, and account management
• Strong work ethic and fast learning ability
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Client service mindset and solution-oriented selling skills
