Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and customers
• Lead proof-of-value (PoV) engagements for technical validation
• Influence product development by gathering customer feedback
• Provide technical consulting and customization for integration into data platforms and vendor tools
• Train prospects and customers and troubleshoot PoV issues
• Develop custom scripts and troubleshoot performance issues related to APIs, data fidelity, and CLI/SDK

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a pre-sales engineer in the cybersecurity industry
• Deep understanding of the cybersecurity product landscape and Vulnerability Management
• Strong understanding of incident response, vulnerability management, and SOC operations
• Ability to develop and maintain scripts in Python
• Experience working with APIs and JSON
• Ability to build workflows in security platforms such as SIEM, SOAR, or TIP
• Experience with mentorship responsibilities
• Familiarity with the Go programming language
