Senior Sales Engineer

Responsibilities

• Manage sales operations for Schneider Electric products within the Huangshi and Xiaogan regions to achieve individual sales targets
• Develop and execute monthly work plans and manage associated expense budgets
• Identify and track key accounts, ensuring timely feedback of customer information to management
• Proactively develop new customers and establish long-term business relationships
• Collaborate with local and regional offices on projects and maintain accurate project cooperation records
• Provide technical product solutions to customers and independently organize product presentations
• Monitor and report on competitor business activities and market information

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• 3+ years of sales experience within the electrical industry
• Strong learning ability and high adaptability to changing environments
• Excellent interpersonal skills and an outgoing personality
• Ability to be based in Huangshi or Wuhan (local residents of Huangshi are preferred)
