About the role
Responsibilities
- Partner with commercial teams to develop and deliver customer solutions that support sales targets
- Build deep, consultative relationships with customers to act as a trusted technical adviser
- Present product value propositions, technologies, and roadmaps to diverse audiences, including executives and engineers
- Create high-level design and architecture drawings to address specific customer needs
- Lead technical demonstrations, Proof of Value (PoV) activities, and technical validation processes
- Assist with RFPs, due diligence, and the development of business cases and ROI justifications
- Act as a subject matter expert for People Protection solutions, providing enablement to the broader Sales Engineering team
- Provide technical product feedback to product and engineering teams to influence the product roadmap
Requirements
- 3 years of experience in a high-tech pre-sales or customer-facing consulting capacity
- Proven ability to build high-level design and architecture drawings
- Strong technical presentation skills with the ability to communicate with varying levels of technical capability
- Experience working closely with commercial teams in a quota-driven environment
- Strong affinity for technology and a self-starter mindset
