About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive sales of homogenizers, high-pressure pumps, and related process equipment
- Develop new business opportunities in dairy plants, beverage companies, chemical manufacturers, and food processing units
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Build a strong pipeline through plant visits, consultants, and OEM engagement
- Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and trials
- Prepare detailed techno-commercial proposals
- Handle negotiations, closures, and repeat business development to ensure high customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Graduate Engineer degree
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience
- Proven ability to deliver technical presentations
- Experience in preparing techno-commercial proposals
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
