Senior Sales Engineer

Responsibilities

• Qualify deals through close collaboration with Account Executives, Business Development Representatives, and sales management
• Conduct discovery meetings to identify customer business requirements and technical environments
• Articulate and demonstrate the business value of the Dataiku platform through tailored usage scenarios
• Design and execute technical demonstrations and Proofs-of-Concept (POC) to showcase data science capabilities
• Provide technical guidance and answer complex questions for customer technical teams
• Support sales pipeline building by participating in trade shows, industry conferences, and marketing campaigns

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with predictive modelling
• Strong understanding of relational data structures and SQL
• Experience with cloud infrastructures such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Proven experience in technical pre-sales or client-facing roles (e.g., consulting)
• Proficiency in Python or R programming

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the data science, analytics, or big data markets
• Background in Analytics/AI or other enterprise software
• Strong public speaking skills and comfort presenting to C-level executives
