Senior Sales Engineer

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of sales activities to achieve annual order and revenue targets.
• Execute go-to-market strategies to identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
• Prepare and manage sales proposals, tenders, and quotations with high accuracy.
• Handle sales administration, including order processing, documentation, and maintaining sales records.
• Develop and maintain sales forecasts and provide regular pipeline updates.
• Act as the primary contact for customers to build professional relationships and understand their needs.
• Review project expenditures and ensure accurate invoicing in accordance with contract terms.
• Update project schedules and manage implementation documentation, including meeting minutes and RFIs.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, with a preference for Mechanical Engineering.
• Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related commercial role.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tenders and proposals simultaneously.
• Proactive and results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting sales targets.
