About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own technical wins and influence purchasing decisions by architecting solutions within the Axon ecosystem.
  • Act as a trusted technical advisor to executive and technical stakeholders throughout the customer journey.
  • Identify and architect high-value solutions by uncovering emerging operational needs and next-generation outcomes.
  • Deliver data-driven customer feedback to influence product roadmap prioritization and market fit.
  • Establish collaborative partnerships across Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams.
  • Document and share best practices and domain expertise to strengthen overall team performance.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of enterprise technical sales experience in complex environments.
  • Proficiency with Cloud environments and architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Experience with SaaS-based solutions and integrating AI to deliver value.
  • Strong understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, VLANs, firewalls, VPNs).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with CCTV and video management systems.
  • Experience with access control technologies (e.g., Genetec, Milestone, Avigilon, Ocularis).
