About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own securing technical wins and influencing purchasing decisions by architecting solutions leveraging Axon’s ecosystem
  • Build deep relationships with executive and technical stakeholders as a trusted technical advisor throughout the customer journey
  • Identify and architect high-value solutions by uncovering emerging operational needs and next-generation outcomes
  • Deliver detailed, data-driven customer feedback to influence product roadmap prioritization and market fit
  • Establish collaborative partnerships across Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams
  • Document and share best practices and domain expertise to strengthen overall team performance

Requirements

  • 8+ years of enterprise technical sales experience in complex environments
  • Proficiency in Cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and architectures
  • Experience with SaaS-based solutions and integrating AI to deliver value
  • Strong working knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, VLANs, firewalls, VPNs)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • Ability to travel up to 50%

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with CCTV and video management systems
  • Experience with access control technologies (e.g., Genetec, Milestone, Avigilon, Ocularis)
