About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own onboarding facilitation and cohort management for AEs, SDRs, and SEs
  • Administer pitch deck, demo, and deal simulation certifications
  • Manage weekly enablement and outbound skill-building for the SDR team
  • Facilitate skills coaching workshops and run call coaching sessions using Gong
  • Create and audit content within the LMS and Deal Room
  • Manage enablement program operations, including calendars, surveys, and communications

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in sales enablement, sales training, or a related GTM role
  • Proven experience running onboarding programs
  • Background in command-of-the-message or value-selling methodologies
  • Strong facilitation and live session management skills
  • Operational proficiency in managing logistics and multiple stakeholders
  • Experience with GTM tools such as Gong, Salesforce, or Accord

Preferred Qualifications

  • SaaS industry experience
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, building-phase environment
