About the role
Responsibilities
- Own onboarding facilitation and cohort management for AEs, SDRs, and SEs
- Administer pitch deck, demo, and deal simulation certifications
- Manage weekly enablement and outbound skill-building for the SDR team
- Facilitate skills coaching workshops and run call coaching sessions using Gong
- Create and audit content within the LMS and Deal Room
- Manage enablement program operations, including calendars, surveys, and communications
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in sales enablement, sales training, or a related GTM role
- Proven experience running onboarding programs
- Background in command-of-the-message or value-selling methodologies
- Strong facilitation and live session management skills
- Operational proficiency in managing logistics and multiple stakeholders
- Experience with GTM tools such as Gong, Salesforce, or Accord
Preferred Qualifications
- SaaS industry experience
- Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, building-phase environment
