About the role

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute comprehensive enablement strategies for onboarding, continuous learning, and role-based development.
  • Partner with Sales Leadership to identify skill gaps, optimize processes, and accelerate pipeline progression.
  • Collaborate with channel and alliances teams to deliver partner-focused training, certifications, and enablement assets.
  • Create high-quality enablement materials including playbooks, training modules, and sales tools.
  • Facilitate engaging live and virtual training sessions, workshops, and enablement events.
  • Work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to align on messaging and go-to-market priorities.
  • Establish and track key enablement metrics such as ramp time, win rates, and deal velocity to optimize program impact.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in sales enablement, customer success, account management, or a related revenue-facing role.
  • Proven track record of supporting sales teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Ability to design scalable enablement programs while executing day-to-day training and content delivery.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and influence skills to collaborate across diverse teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with confidence in delivering training to various audiences.
  • Data-driven analytical mindset with experience using metrics to measure and optimize success.
  • Highly organized with experience managing multiple complex initiatives simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting channel sales motions and partner ecosystems.
  • Background in cybersecurity or security operations.
  • Proficiency in German (spoken and written).
  • Experience with sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC or Challenger.
  • Familiarity with enablement and learning management platforms.
