Senior Sales Director

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team
• Create and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets
• Drive market adoption of new technologies and expandable solutions
• Develop and implement pricing strategies aligned with business objectives
• Conduct technical presentations, customer workshops, and information sessions
• Maintain accurate commercial activity and forecasting within the CRM platform
• Develop tactical account plans for key customers and target markets
• Partner with Operations, Engineering, Finance, and Supply Chain teams
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience within the oil & gas industry
• Prior experience leading and managing teams
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Business, or a related field preferred
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel domestically and internationally
• Strong understanding of revenue, profitability, budgeting, and commercial drivers

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with downhole tools or expandable liner systems
• Experience with a service company or operator in a technical or leadership role
• Knowledge of the completions value chain
• Proven track record of introducing new technologies to market
• Strong existing network within the oil & gas industry
