Senior Sales Director

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-million-dollar sales opportunities across AI-native startups and enterprise AI organizations
• Navigate technical, financial, and executive stakeholders to close long-term infrastructure deals
• Partner with CTOs, AI leaders, and founders to support training and inference roadmaps
• Provide market feedback on pricing, packaging, and product direction to inform growth strategy
• Work closely with Solutions Engineering, Product, and Cloud teams to deliver scalable AI infrastructure solutions
• Build and manage a disciplined pipeline with strong deal execution and forecasting rigor

Requirements

• Proven global sales leadership with experience leading geographically distributed teams
• Deep experience closing large, complex enterprise deals with significant contract values
• Background selling technical, platform, or developer-adjacent products
• Track record of running a disciplined sales organization with strong pipeline management
• Experience scaling sales teams and go-to-market motions in high-growth environments
• Ability to influence and build trust with C-suite, VPs, and founders
