Senior Sales Development Representative

Responsibilities

• Own outbound pipeline generation with a 100% focus on new business in the North American market
• Research, identify, and qualify high-potential accounts in the wholesale, distribution, and manufacturing sectors
• Execute high-volume outreach, including making 100+ cold calls per day to prospects
• Personalize multi-channel outreach via LinkedIn, phone, and email to engage senior decision-makers such as CEOs and Heads of Sales
• Collaborate closely with Account Executives to schedule qualified demos and ensure seamless handoffs
• Maintain accurate prospect data and activity logs within HubSpot CRM
• Experiment with new messaging strategies and sales channels to optimize conversion rates

Requirements

• 3+ years of B2B SaaS outbound sales experience
• Proven track record in cold calling and pipeline generation
• Experience selling specifically to North American markets
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage senior-level prospects
• Proficiency in HubSpot CRM
• Ability to work U.S. time zones and a self-starter mindset
