About the role
Responsibilities
- Own outbound pipeline generation with a 100% focus on new business in the North American market
- Research, identify, and qualify high-potential accounts in the wholesale, distribution, and manufacturing sectors
- Execute high-volume outreach, including making 100+ cold calls per day to prospects
- Personalize multi-channel outreach via LinkedIn, phone, and email to engage senior decision-makers such as CEOs and Heads of Sales
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives to schedule qualified demos and ensure seamless handoffs
- Maintain accurate prospect data and activity logs within HubSpot CRM
- Experiment with new messaging strategies and sales channels to optimize conversion rates
Requirements
- 3+ years of B2B SaaS outbound sales experience
- Proven track record in cold calling and pipeline generation
- Experience selling specifically to North American markets
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage senior-level prospects
- Proficiency in HubSpot CRM
- Ability to work U.S. time zones and a self-starter mindset
