About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own strategic outbound pipeline creation across targeted enterprise accounts in India
  • Develop and execute account penetration strategies including multi-threading, persona mapping, and sequencing
  • Break into complex enterprise accounts through highly personalized outreach and persistence
  • Engage and qualify Director, VP, and C-level stakeholders across IT, Operations, and Business functions
  • Lead deep discovery conversations to uncover business pain, quantify impact, and validate urgency
  • Partner closely with Sales on account planning, whitespace mapping, and deal strategy
  • Maintain high discipline in Salesforce with accurate forecasting signals and pipeline hygiene

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in SDR/BDR, inside sales, or outbound enterprise prospecting (B2B SaaS preferred)
  • Proven track record of breaking into enterprise accounts and generating qualified pipeline consistently
  • Strong experience engaging senior and executive stakeholders at the Director, VP, or C-level
  • Demonstrated ability to run structured discovery using frameworks like BANT
  • Experience with account-based prospecting and multi-threading strategies
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and outbound tools such as Sales Navigator and sequencing platforms
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to connect technology to business outcomes

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in enterprise mobility, SaaS, or device management
