About the role

Responsibilities

  • Execute high-volume outbound calling and emailing campaigns to identify and engage Post Acute Healthcare providers.
  • Qualify prospects through research and professional interviewing to ensure they are sales-ready for software demonstrations.
  • Manage and nurture the lead pipeline, tracking volume, velocity, and value metrics to deliver high-quality leads to the sales team.
  • Partner with Marketing and Sales teams to provide feedback on campaign effectiveness and lead acceptance.
  • Document all outreach activities and conversations accurately within Salesforce and Gong.
  • Achieve and exceed established performance metrics and appointment scheduling goals.

Requirements

  • Proven success in a high-velocity phone sales environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage everyone from frontline staff to executive leadership.
  • Ability to navigate complex corporate structures to identify key decision-makers.
  • Experience with high-velocity appointment scheduling.
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and highly organized with excellent time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Cloud/SaaS sales or the healthcare technology sector.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and Gong Engage.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Co-Pilot, Klue, and Office365.
