Senior Sales Development Representative

Responsibilities

• Execute high-volume outbound calling and emailing campaigns to generate interest and uncover new opportunities.
• Qualify prospects through research and professional communication to ensure they are sales-ready for software demonstrations.
• Manage and nurture lead activities, tracking volume, velocity, and value metrics to deliver high-quality leads to the sales team.
• Partner with Marketing and Sales to provide feedback on campaign effectiveness and lead acceptance.
• Identify and prioritize individual targets by leveraging data and market insights.
• Document all activities and conversations accurately within Gong and Salesforce CRM.
• Achieve and exceed established performance metrics.

Requirements

• Proven success in a phone sales environment with the ability to build rapport and be persuasive.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging everyone from frontline staff to executive leadership.
• Ability to navigate complex corporate structures to identify decision-makers.
• Experience with high-velocity appointment scheduling.
• Self-motivated, high-energy, and excellent time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Cloud/SaaS sales.
• Background in healthcare technology.
• Proficiency with Salesforce, Gong Engage, Co-Pilot, Klue, and Office365.
