Senior Sales Development Representative

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and qualify inbound and outbound leads
• Initiate contact with prospects via phone, email, and social media to engage key decision-makers
• Collaborate with the technical team to create product demos showcasing knowledge ingestion and API connections
• Develop engaging video content and instructional materials to educate prospects
• Assess prospect needs and challenges to accurately qualify leads
• Work closely with Account Executives and Sales Managers to pass qualified leads
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and meetings booked

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in an SDR, BDR, or similar sales role, preferably in SaaS
• Proven experience in cold calling and lead generation
• Familiarity with technical concepts such as API integrations and data ingestion
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Experience with CRM software like Salesforce or HubSpot
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment
