Senior Sales Development Representative

About the Company

Confido is the AI infrastructure powering modern CPG — the platform that 200+ brands like OLIPOP, Simple Mills, Dr. Squatch, and Tropicana use to run everything from deductions to production planning. We are a fast-growing, in-person team in New York City, recently having raised a $15M Series A led by Footwork and Y Combinator.

Responsibilities

• Build target account lists to identify high-quality prospecting opportunities
• Execute outbound prospecting via personalized written and phone outreach
• Manage and run end-to-end sales sequences
• Own a large book of accounts and generate pipeline for the sales team
• Develop deep expertise in the CPG buyer persona and industry problems

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience meeting/exceeding quota in an SDR/BDR role, consulting, investment banking, or investing
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Analytical mindset with the ability to adapt based on feedback
• High level of curiosity, preparation, and follow-through
• Competitive and driven work ethic

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the CPG industry
• Familiarity with consumer brand operations
