Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a pipeline of outbound qualified leads using AI-powered prospecting
- Conduct 3-4 hours of strategic cold calling daily to source meetings
- Manage and optimize multiple AI tools and agents to enhance workflow efficiency
- Execute high-touch outreach via phone, LinkedIn, and email
- Maintain data integrity and manage hand-offs within HubSpot CRM
Requirements
- 1-3 years of outbound SDR or sales experience with a proven track record
- Ability to perform high-energy cold calling for 3+ hours per day
- Strong curiosity and proficiency with AI tools (e.g., Clay, Amplemarket, Common Room)
- Ability to communicate professionally with C-suite and VP-level executives
- Experience writing strategic, high-impact emails
- Thrives in a fast-paced, startup-style environment
