Senior Sales Coordinator (Distribution Partner Manager)

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact between Red Bull and the distributor to ensure sales targets and market strategies are met
• Lead by example in both field and back-office environments to disseminate Red Bull values and lifestyle
• Set distribution and coverage goals for the distributor and monitor performance
• Build weekly and monthly result analyses to identify issues and propose actionable plans
• Control all sales KPIs using national and regional reports and custom tracking tools
• Audit market opportunities and co-create action plans with the distributor
• Train and support the distributor's sales force, providing feedback on execution concepts
• Manage the implementation of marketing materials and control Red Bull market programs
• Maintain a balanced routine between field visits and office work to ensure presence with the distributor team

Requirements

• Higher education degree (Ensino Superior Completo)
• Valid driver's license (CNH B)
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Proven experience in sales (experience in the beverage industry is a plus)
• Experience leading direct or indirect sales forces
• Experience with Point of Sale (POS) execution
• Ability to travel 20-30%

• Advanced English language skills
