Responsibilities

• Drive customer acquisition through targeted outreach and needs analysis.
• Execute sales conversations following clearly defined, proven guidelines and processes.
• Manage and maintain stable customer relationships through documented follow-ups and structured workflows.
• Implement and adhere to sales processes, working strictly with KPIs to ensure measurable results.
• Collaborate closely with the team to ensure smooth handovers and operational consistency.

Requirements

• Multi-year experience in sales, ideally within a consulting or agency environment.
• Fluency in both German and English, with the ability to communicate clearly and efficiently.
• An entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on structured implementation and independent action.
• A results-oriented approach with a strong affinity for targets, numbers, and systematic processes.
• Ability to work onsite in Dubai.
