Responsibilities

• Drive customer acquisition through targeted outreach and needs analysis.
• Execute sales processes following clearly defined guidelines and structured workflows.
• Manage and maintain stable customer relationships with documented follow-ups and consistent processes.
• Adhere to established sales standards and work closely with KPIs to ensure measurable results.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth handovers and operational consistency.

Requirements

• Multi-year experience in sales, ideally within a consulting or agency environment.
• Fluency in both German and English with clear, efficient communication skills.
• An entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on structured implementation and independent action.
• A results-oriented approach with a strong affinity for targets, numbers, and systematic processes.
• Ability to work onsite in Dubai.
