Senior Sales Consultant

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners at their residences to assess storm damage and roofing needs
• Create accurate and detailed estimates based on roof damage assessments
• Coordinate with insurance companies to facilitate claims and advocate for fair settlements
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet revenue targets
• Educate customers on roofing processes, materials, and service benefits
• Cultivate relationships with customers and insurance professionals

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in roofing or a related industry
• Ability to assess and understand roofing damage
• Knowledge of insurance processes related to roofing claims
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-motivated and results-driven
