Senior Sales Consultant

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home consultations with prospective customers to showcase products and services
• Build rapport with clients, identify needs, and deliver personalized sales presentations
• Address customer concerns and provide expert advice to facilitate sales
• Close sales deals in the customer’s home and ensure accurate paperwork and payment completion
• Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business
• Collaborate with sales and installation teams to ensure smooth service delivery
• Meet and exceed individual sales targets and team goals

Requirements

• Proven experience in a direct sales role, preferably in in-home sales or home improvement
• Strong negotiation and closing skills with a track record of meeting sales goals
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends based on customer availability
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
