About the role
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-home consultations with prospective customers to showcase products and services
- Build rapport with clients and deliver personalized sales presentations
- Address customer concerns and provide expert advice to facilitate sales
- Close sales deals in the customer's home and ensure accurate paperwork completion
- Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction
- Collaborate with sales and installation teams for smooth service delivery
- Meet and exceed individual sales targets
Requirements
- Proven experience in direct sales, preferably in in-home sales or home improvement
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with a track record of meeting goals
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
