Responsibilities

• Grow the property register by winning instructions
• Assist the Branch Manager in maximising branch profit
• Identify and maximise business opportunities
• Advertise properties, book viewings, and register applicants
• Deliver exceptional customer service over the phone and face to face
• Achieve personal and branch sales targets
• Introduce new business and build alliances through active networking
• Act as the communication stream between client and vendor
• Prepare accurate property details and ensure accurate data entry
• Manage property sales from viewing to close
• Support branch management with ad hoc tasks

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as a residential sales agent
• Proven track record in securing new business
• Listing and/or valuation experience
• Excellent sales and negotiation ability
• High level of customer service skills
• Strong telephone manner and positive attitude
• Tenacious self-starter with the drive to succeed
• Ability to build and nurture trusted relationships
