Responsibilities
- Grow the property register by winning instructions
- Assist the Branch Manager in maximising branch profit
- Identify new business opportunities and register new applicants
- Book and carry out property viewings
- Act as the key point of communication between buyer and vendor
- Advertise new properties and prepare accurate property details
- Manage the sale of the property from viewing to completion
- Achieve personal and branch sales targets
- Deliver exceptional customer service over the phone and face to face
Requirements
- Prior experience working as a residential Sales Consultant
- Excellent sales and negotiation ability
- High level of customer service skills
- Tenacity and a self-starter attitude
- Full UK driving license and own vehicle
