Senior Sales Construction Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Schedule and manage new business, system improvement, and maintenance projects on customer-owned facilities statewide
• Ensure contractors work safely and efficiently while keeping projects on schedule and within budget
• Verify quality of work and provide performance feedback to the contractor workforce
• Review and approve final invoicing from contractors
• Coordinate timely delivery and ensure all materials are properly accounted for during and after construction
• Provide field and construction support to meet customer needs and expectations
• Build and strengthen relationships with external customers and internal sales and engineering teams
• Complete required annual visual and infrared inspections for customer-owned facilities and develop formal written reports
• Participate in an on-call rotation to respond to emergency needs and outages

Requirements

• High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• Minimum of seven (7) years of Transmission, Distribution, and/or Substation Construction/Maintenance experience
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate a company fleet vehicle
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, TEAMS)
• Ability to travel frequently throughout the state of Georgia
• Availability for after-hours, weekend, and holiday work as required

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous construction leadership experience
• Proven record of safe work behaviors and commitment to safety protocols
• Strong ability to communicate directly and effectively with customers
