Senior Sales - Centres Hospitaliers

Responsibilities

• Increase the number of hospital establishments using Doctolib Hospital through complex sales cycles
• Manage prospecting, high-level meetings with executives (DG, DSI, CME), and tender responses
• Promote Doctolib's position as a leading European technological partner in healthcare innovation
• Support hospitals in their digital transformation by integrating AI-driven solutions
• Frame projects according to regulatory, organizational, and technical specificities
• Manage full contracting processes, including public procurement codes and strategic partnerships with HIS editors

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of commercial experience managing long, complex sales cycles
• High-level interaction experience (C-Level, DG, DSI)
• Significant experience in the healthcare sector (e-health, medical software, or SaaS for hospitals)
• Mastery of structured sales methodologies such as MEDDIC
• Knowledge of and interest in Artificial Intelligence applications in healthcare
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of national health policies and initiatives (Ministry, ARS, FHF)
• Desire to transform the French healthcare system
