Senior Sales Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Lead data-driven analysis and generate actionable insights for key self-service and warehouse club accounts (e.g., Walmart, Sam's Club, Chedraui).
• Identify category growth opportunities and market share drivers through market, customer, and shopper data analysis.
• Evaluate and optimize business strategies including mix management, pricing architecture, and promotional effectiveness.
• Manage large volumes of information to provide clear recommendations for improving P&L, sales, and profitability.
• Develop strategic reports and executive presentations to support high-level decision-making.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external clients to foster effective communication and business growth.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Economics, Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in Category Management, Net Revenue Management, Data Analytics, or similar roles, preferably in FMCG.
• Advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, etc.) are indispensable.
• Proven experience working with market data sources such as Nielsen or Kantar.
• Strong data visualization skills; experience with Power BI is highly preferred.
• Ability to build compelling selling stories and trade stories from complex data.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in SQL for database management.
• Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic consumer goods environment.
• Strong critical thinking and proactive problem-solving abilities.
