Senior Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Create curated client experiences and promote customized facials and products
• Educate clients on skincare protocols and celebrate their results
• Coordinate, schedule, and reschedule recurring and future clients
• Seek, obtain, and convert new clients to meet sales targets
• Support clinic efficiency, accuracy, and client retention processes
• Utilize company reports to share insights on performance best practices
• Partner with the clinic team to maintain an inclusive and enjoyable workplace

Requirements

• Proven retail experience, preferably in skincare or aesthetics
• Ability to provide authentic and personalized customer service
• Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events
• Proficiency in problem-solving and creative solution finding
• Ability to lift up to 25lbs and stand for long periods
• Reliable commute to the Aventura location and ability to cover other clinics if needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous retail operations experience (cash reconciliation, opening/closing)
• Previous supervisory experience including coaching or mentoring
• Experience with Zenoti or similar retail point-of-sale software
• Two years of experience in Skin Care/Aesthetics or customer service
