Senior Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Create curated client experiences and promote customized facials and products
• Educate clients on skincare protocols and the importance of treatments
• Coordinate, schedule, and reschedule recurring and future client appointments
• Actively seek, obtain, and convert new clients to meet sales targets
• Support clinic efficiency by improving accuracy in business processes and procedures
• Maintain effective client retention processes and utilize company reports for insights
• Partner with the clinic team to maintain an inclusive and professional workplace

Requirements

• Proven retail experience, preferably in skincare or aesthetics
• Ability to provide authentic and personalized customer service
• Availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and a minimum of 4 days per week
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment, including nights and special events
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25lbs
• Strong communication and multitasking skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous retail operations experience including cash reconciliation and opening/closing procedures
• Supervisory experience including coaching or mentoring others
• Experience with Zenoti or similar retail point-of-sale software
• Two years of experience in Skin Care/Aesthetics or customer service
