Senior Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Create curated client experiences
• Promote customized facials and Skin Laundry products
• Educate clients on skincare protocols
• Coordinate, schedule, and reschedule client appointments
• Seek, obtain, and convert new clients
• Support clinic efficiency and accuracy in business processes
• Maintain effective client retention processes
• Utilize company reports to share performance insights
• Partner with the clinic team to maintain an inclusive workplace

Requirements

• Proven retail experience, preferably in skincare or aesthetics
• Ability to provide personalized customer service
• Availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) regularly
• Availability to work a minimum of 4 days per week
• Ability to work 16-24 hours per week on average
• Ability to commit to a schedule made 60 days in advance
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25lbs
• Ability to commute to the Flatiron location and other clinics as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous retail operations experience (cash reconciliation, opening/closing)
• Previous supervisory or coaching experience
• Experience with Zenoti or similar retail point-of-sale software
• Two years of experience in Skin Care/Aesthetics or customer service
