About the role
Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly and annual sales turnover targets in alignment with commercial strategy and service excellence
- Develop domestic clientele by leveraging personal networks and partnering with business introducers
- Identify, recruit, and convert new prospects through both digital and physical tools both inside and outside the boutique
- Act as a Brand Ambassador by promoting the Roger Dubuis image and maintaining high standards of personal appearance
- Build customer loyalty through exceptional service and the acquisition of qualitative client data
- Assist in organizing marketing events and participating in daily boutique operations, including inventory and security protocols
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or an equivalent field
- Extensive existing client book with UHNWI within the Geneva area
- Fluency in both French and English
- Proven expertise in luxury selling techniques and storytelling
- Ability to travel up to 30% for networking and business development
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in an international environment
