Senior Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual and collective sales objectives through consultative selling and deep product knowledge
• Develop and nurture meaningful client connections to build a loyal community and drive boutique success
• Manage high-end business on the floor, providing exceptional service and supporting boutique management in daily operations
• Lead boutique opening and closing procedures, including efficient queue management and floor leadership
• Ensure strict adherence to all brand procedures regarding safety, security, product handling, and cash management
• Maintain impeccable boutique presentation and support visual merchandising implementation
• Manage client information accurately to deliver bespoke client journeys and proactive outreach

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any field
• Minimum of 5 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury watches and jewellery
• Fluency in both English and Thai; proficiency in Chinese or Russian is a plus
• Strong leadership skills and a proven ability to work effectively within a team
• High level of digital proficiency and a client-service mindset
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with a well-groomed, professional appearance
