About the role
Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through effective up-selling and increasing transaction value
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences by building rapport and providing personalized service
- Master the full Selling Ceremony, from initial greeting to successful closure
- Coach and mentor peers to elevate team performance and maintain high service standards
- Manage essential store operations including stock management, product deliveries, and unloading
- Maintain high shop floor standards through effective visual merchandising
- Handle financial transactions, including operating the till system, returns, and exchanges
Requirements
- Proven effective selling skills with a focus on achieving sales targets
- Strong customer engagement and ability to build rapport naturally
- Experience with stock management and visual merchandising
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced, busy retail environment
- Strong communication skills to share product knowledge and build brand loyalty
