Senior Sales Area Manager

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of Ruby's international sales success outside existing hotel destinations
• Spot market opportunities and turn commercial insights into tangible results
• Lead and inspire an international team of Sales Executives and Managers
• Empower your team to build strong partnerships and acquire new clients
• Take full responsibility for the performance, engagement, and development of your team
• Support growth journeys by driving market entries, pre-openings, and strategic commercial projects
• Collaborate with Revenue, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience

Requirements

• Successfully completed hospitality training or a degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a comparable field
• At least 3 years of experience in Sales and/or Account Management
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to motivate teams toward ambitious goals
• Strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial mindset and a data-driven approach
• Confident working across international markets, cultures, and stakeholder groups
• Fluent in English; good German language skills are an advantage
