Senior Sales Architect

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-sale technical support to major prospective enterprise customers to resolve product questions
• Conduct live product demonstrations via phone, webinar, or face-to-face meetings
• Collaborate with sales teams to prepare and deliver technical training and product expertise
• Develop and recommend advanced deployment strategies and business solutions tailored to customer needs
• Provide technical expertise for Request for Proposals (RFPs)
• Deliver detailed feedback regarding product performance and usability to the Product Management team
• Attend industry events and trade shows to help generate new business opportunities

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Sales Engineer
• Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the IT Security field
• Strong technical troubleshooting and analytical abilities
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel) and Google Docs/Gmail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Highly organized with strong time management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous sales experience
• Minimum of 2 years of college education
