Senior Sales and Business Development Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and inspire the sales team to achieve ambitious growth targets
• Develop and implement business growth plans targeting Industrial, Medical, and Automotive sectors
• Identify, pursue, and secure new customers and partnerships in target markets
• Drive expansion into untapped regions, industries, and strategic accounts
• Negotiate and close high-value deals while ensuring profitability
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities
• Expand business within existing accounts through cross-selling and upselling
• Track and report on sales pipelines, conversion rates, and revenue performance

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in business development, sales leadership, or key account management
• At least 5 years in a leadership role
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth in Industrial, Medical, or Automotive sectors
• Hunter mentality with a focus on capturing new business
• Familiarity with the memory market and semiconductor industry
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle management
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing skills
