Senior Sales Analyst

Responsibilities

• Provide decision support through actionable analytics to Sales and Business leaders to drive productivity and effectiveness.
• Oversee sales planning, forecasting, and performance reporting to inform management of business objectives.
• Partner with Sales and Finance to translate annual revenue expectations into individual and team sales quotas.
• Deliver sales and retention pipeline reporting by territory and product level with deep analytical commentary.
• Develop standardized reporting packages and dashboards using Salesforce and Business Intelligence tools.
• Participate in monthly sales forecasting rhythms and evaluate forecast accuracy.
• Manage the development of standard policies, procedures, and definitions for key sales metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, operations, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in sales, financial, or business analysis.
• Proficiency with Salesforce CRM.
• Demonstrated experience with Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Domo.
• Direct experience with revenue management, budgeting, and forecasting applications (e.g., Clari, Anaplan).
• Strong MS Excel skills are essential.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
