Senior Sales Administration Analyst

Responsibilities

• Analyze data to generate insights that support the commercial team and strategic decision-making
• Provide relevant market metrics and prepare reports and presentations for commercial leadership
• Develop sales dashboards and structure processes for measuring and controlling trade fair protocols
• Create commercial presentations and support campaign development in partnership with the marketing team
• Implement Banco John Deere strategies to drive market share for dealers and distributors in agricultural, construction, forestry, and paving segments
• Manage financing processes with efficiency and precision
• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and end customers
• Conduct product and process training to ensure network alignment and capability
• Represent Banco John Deere at trade fairs, conventions, and industry events
• Perform client visits to offer financial solutions

Requirements

• Degree in Administration, Finance, Economics, Agronomy, or related fields
• Experience in managing relationships with clients, dealers, and factory teams
• Knowledge of financial products available in the market
• Experience conducting product training for diverse audiences
• Strong negotiation, conflict resolution, organization, and time management skills
• Proficiency in financial mathematics
• Mastery of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
• Valid Driver's License (Category B)
• Availability to reside in Indaiatuba/SP
• Willingness to travel approximately 25% of the time

Preferred Qualifications

• Post-graduate degree in Administration, Agronomy, Economics, Finance, or related areas
• Basic English proficiency (ability to conduct simple presentations and write emails)
• Knowledge of accounting and financial indicator analysis
• Technical knowledge in the field of agronomy
• Experience with dashboard development, preferably using Power BI
