Senior Sales Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Execute business development plans through cold calling, networking, and direct outreach to business owners
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales KPIs regarding both value and volume
• Manage client expectations and provide training to ensure efficient use of the Dubizzle Cars service
• Sell value-added products and subscriptions to new and existing accounts
• Provide regular performance reviews and reports to ensure maximum client retention
• Update reporting dashboards to reflect all sales activities
• Liaise with Finance, Customer Support, Legal, and Marketing departments to resolve client issues
• Collect automotive market insights and stay updated on local laws and developments

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 3-5 years of experience in the automotive sales market
• Proven experience in sales and managing relationships with key clients
• In-depth understanding of the automotive market in Egypt
• Strong negotiation and customer service skills
• Experience with start-ups or online platforms is a plus
